Damage to vehicles and property

If your vehicle or property has been damaged by an Amey vehicle please call 0300 303 1077 to submit a claim directly to Amey’s insurance company, Sopp and Sopp.

For all other claims, you will need to supply Amey, the collection contractor, with details of the incident including:

• Date, time, nature of the damage and estimated repair cost.
• Your name, address and contact details.
• Your insurance policy details including name and address of insurer and policy number.
• Name, address and contact details of any witnesses.
• If the police were called, name, number and contact details of the police officer and the incident reference number.

Use the form below to email these details to Amey so your claim can be assessed. If any of the above details are not included in the form you will need to be contacted to supply additional details, and this may delay the investigation of the incident.
