Assisted collections

If no one in your home is able to move your bins to the edge of your property, you can request an assisted collection.

You will need to tell us where on your property the bins will be left so they can be found and returned to the same place. All of your bins will need to be left together in the same location.

From time to time we will review the need for the assisted collection.
